How Echo Arys GmbH handles the information you share with us through this website.
Conversations about capital are often confidential. We collect only what we need to respond to you, we keep it secure, and we are clear about who may see it.
This notice applies to enquiries and visits made through this website and reflects the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and, for our London correspondence office, the UK GDPR. It was last updated in October 2026.
Your name, email, subject area, message and optionally your organisation, so that we can reply to you.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
Echo Arys GmbH is the controller for personal information collected through this website. Our correspondence addresses are Kreuzstr. 60, 40210 Düsseldorf, Germany and 12 Hay Hill, Mayfair, London, W1J 8NR, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, write to us at contact@echo-arys.online.
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, the subject area you select, your message and, if you choose to provide it, your organisation. We also record that you confirmed your consent to our handling of the enquiry. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time for security and reliable delivery of pages.
We use your details to read and respond to your enquiry, to assess whether and how we may be able to assist, and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. Our legal bases are your consent and steps taken at your request before any engagement (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in running and securing our website and business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)), and legal obligations where they apply. We do not sell personal data and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Enquiries are delivered to our designated business mailbox by a transactional email service provider acting on our instructions, and are accessible only to authorised members of our team who need them to respond. Where a matter progresses, we may involve legal counsel, regulated institutions, financing counterparties or other advisers, and we will explain this to you before sharing information that identifies you or your business.
We operate between Germany and the United Kingdom, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and any resulting relationship, and for as long as law requires us to retain business correspondence and records, which under German commercial and tax rules can be several years. Information we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.
You may ask us for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, a portable copy of data you provided, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority, such as the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen in Germany or the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom.
We use a small first-party cookie, ea_cookie_consent, to remember your cookie choice for up to twelve months; it is strictly necessary and contains no personal data. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If you choose “Accept all”, we will be permitted to enable optional analytics tools should we introduce them, and we will update this notice when we do. You may change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. To display our typography, pages may load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and your IP address is transmitted to them.
We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the nature of the information, including encrypted connections, restricted access and supplier due diligence. Please do not send identification documents, bank details or other sensitive financial data through the website form. We will tell you if and when we need such information and which secure channel to use.
Write to contact@echo-arys.online and we will respond to privacy requests with care and discretion.
